Little Debbie snack cakes have been a staple of American lunch bags for several decades. There were as common as Juice Boxes, Cheese Sticks and Bologna sandwiches in the 1990’s.
We all had them in our lunch boxes, brown paper bags and even adults took them to work in their briefcase. Oh, what a glorious time it was! But which ones are the best you ask? Well, after extensive research and plenty of calories consumed, here are my personal Top 10 favorites of all time.
10 – Nutty Buddy
A staple in my brothers lunch box for many years and a quick fix for any peanut butter craving.

9 – Banana Twins
Loved them when I was young, not really a huge fan now but considered to be on the “lighter side” of snacking.

8 – Swiss Cake Rolls
Perhaps the most classic of all Little Debbie’s if not their signature snack.

7 – Cosmic Brownies
These are so good and the little pieces of candy on top of a chewy brownie, pure culinary genius!

6 – Oatmeal Pies
Have you had the new and improved double stuffed ones? A whopping 500 calories, but it will fill you up fast!

5 – Valentines Hearts
As much as I dislike white cake when it comes to Zebra Cakes, I love these ones! It must be the pink frosting, just something about them is so good!

4 – Fudge Rounds
I didn’t discover these until I was single living on my own, never had them in my school years. These provide a sweet kick without being over the top.

3 – Star Crunch
For many years these were my favorite. They taste good cold out of the fridge or warm out of the pantry. Star Crunches will forever be an excellent and fun way to snack.
The perfect amount of gooey goodness with a fun crunch as well!

2 – Christmas Tree’s
Perhaps my favorite part of Christmas next to watching my kids open up their gifts. My only regret is that these little pieces of Heaven are only available for Q4 each year. They are so good and last year my brother made a pudding out of them that was to die for!

1 – Strawberry Shortcake
These are what I call the diet killer! No matter how healthy I try to be, these instantly stop me in my tracks. The greatest handheld snack of all time, not just Little Debbie, but in all of snacking!
