Recreational Classes will offer the following:
This instructional program is designed to allow children of all skill levels to develop strength, coordination and self-confidence through all aspects of gymnastics skill training in a positive and fun environment. Classes are offered in 1 – 2 hour time slots per week based on class. Ages Toddler through High School.
They support a new Middle School Gymnastics Club. This is new to Northeast Ohio and in the beginning stages. The season will span from August to October, 2 practices a week/2 hrs. Gymnasts entering 6th, 7th and 8th grade are encouraged. Judging will be based on USAG Xcel Platinum rules, all gymnasts welcome. This is not limited to Strongsville City Schools, all schools welcome.
All the way to High School Program as well
For gymnasts looking to participate on their high school gymnastics team. Levels 4 and up. Runs April through October.
Cost is $10/HR, tuition due monthly

They haven’t forgotten about the preschoolers!
Mindful Moves is back for the little ones this year from ages 3-5. This class is held 9:30-12:30. Monthly tuition is $160. Supplement your preschooler with learning in motion. They will focus on number, letter and color recognition while hopping, playing and doing gymnastics. Snack and craft time included.
They even have date night taken care of!
One cool aspect they offer is the ability for “Parents Night Out”. This gives the parents a chance to have a special night to themselves while their children spend time at the gym having fun as well. These go from 5-9 on the following Saturday Nights with a cost of $45 for your first child and $25 for each additional.
