ABC The Bachelor Makes Knee Jerk Reaction Based on Racial Outlash

Bachelor Nation is no stranger to race allegations after the whole Matt James fiasco in 2021, right in the middle of the entire “WOKE” movement.  It led to disastrous results as the woman he chose in his season was a white female who once took racial photo’s.  It was a black eye on the show’s history and actually led to the firing of longtime and beloved host Chris Harrison.

Since then, they have forced two leads of color that led to nearly unwatchable seasons with Grant Ellis and Jennifer Tran.  Both of which choice winners that didn’t last past the finale of the show.

Now it appears the Bachelor franchise has stepped in it again with their show Mansion Takeover on HGTV.  After eliminating everyone from the competition with the exception of 3 white Males, Dean, Noah and Sam, they quickly panicked and re-routed the entire concept of the show to bring back Chris ( a black male ), Tammy, ( an Asian female ) and Courtney (female ) in an attempt to quickly avoid any racial or gender bias issues.

This is ludicrous and gives 3 people a chance to win $100,000 that don’t deserve too as they lost fair and square.  The franchise, only days removed from the Taylor Frankie Paul fiasco needs to avoid controversial headlines and instead, just created more.

What do you think, was this a bad move to bring back these 3 simply based on race and gender?  Sound off in the comments below.
