Balt 42 Jets 21

If Lamar Jackson didn’t wrap up the NFL MVP award with that performance then I don’t know what more he’d have to do. I predicted the Ravens to win the AFC North at 10-6, but I never thought they’d be this damn good. They will put up 52 on Cleveland next week.

As for the Jet’s, 200 plus yards and 2 touchdowns from Darnold against this defense is nothing to sneeze at. They need a lot of help this offseason to improve, but I firmly believe they have the right person at QB.

NE 34 Cincy 13

It’ hard to ever count out the Patriots and one would be wise not to do so. The Bengals are incredibly bad that they won’t be relevant for at least 3 seasons.

There is no quick turnaround there. The Patriots are far from being at their best, but even with Brady only throwing for 128 yards, they keep winning. Given the lack of tools McDaniel’s has to work with, this may be his best job yet.

TB 38 Detroit 17

Yet another blowout in a week filled with them. Winston may be immature and inconsistent, but he just went for four more touchdowns and 458 yards. He is having his best season stats wise, but is this really the guy you want leading you? I don’t know, is the juice worth the squeeze with Winston?

GB 21 Bears 13

I told you Trubisky was overrated. Anyway,,,,,, to bad the Browns couldn’t interview Nagy instead of letting a rookie QB pick their new coach. Packers are good and a real threat to go deep into the playoffs.

Hou 24 Tenn 21

I had picked Houston to go to the AFC title game and lose to KC. Now with the Ravens surging and some very questionable losses, that prediction looks shaky.

Hopefully that win today on the road builds their confidence and gets them back in the winning frame of mind. Watson is a leader and a winner, don’t count this team out.

Arizona 38 Cle 24

The Browns never stood a chance as they lack coaching, guidance, confidence and have zero ability to comeback from any deficit. Who is to blame? EVERYONE! The coaching, the ownership and the GM for letting a rookie QB pick the coach. So much talented absolutely wasted.

Arizona has some talent, and they should get better. The are in the best division in football however and I don’t expect them to contend for several years, but they are building a base and it will be fun to watch.

KC 23 Broncos 3

A healthy Patrick Mahomes is the best player in football. The Chiefs have struggled with injuries all season long. If they get 100% healthy and any semblance of a running game, they will win the Super Bowl.

Giants 36 Miami 20

Eli Manning vs Ryan Fitzpatrick in this one. I love Eli, always have, always will. It will be interesting to see if he can land a starting job somewhere next year? Even way past his prime like he is, he can still mentor a young gun somewhere. Perhaps Cleveland?

Philly 37 Was 27

Miles Sanders with 6 catches for 50 yards and touchdown. Sanders with 122 yards rushing and a touchdown. Congrats, if he was on your fantasy team as your flex player today, odds are you may have won a championship with that production out of a third down back.

Dallas has more talent then Philly, but Philly has much better coaching then Dallas. Next weekend will be very interesting between these two teams. If Dallas loses, does Jerry Jones have Urban Meyer on line one?

Sea 30 Car 24

3 weeks ago, the Seahawks looked like world beaters and Wilson a top candidate for MVP. Since then, not so much. For Carolina, one thing is clear, Kyle Allen is not the answer and that whole fad is over.

JAX 20 Oakland 16

I like John “Chuckie” Gruden and I like Derek Carr a lot, but it is clear that for them to reach the next level they will need a lot of help still. Great strides this season, but still a long road to hoe.

For the Jags, I’d like to see what Minshew could do with some downfield threats. Do they keep him and cut Foles? Do they draft a QB? A lot to decide there.

Min 39 LA 10

The Minnesota Vikings are really good and no one seems to be noticing because they play in the loaded NFC. Next week they host GB for a shot at the division.

The talk in the NFC is Rodgers and the Packers. Bree’s and the high-octane offense of the Saints. The defense of the 49ers and the overall excellence of Seattle. But I’m telling you right now, mark this down and don’t forget it, the Vikings are for real.

Dallas 44 Rams 21

The Clapper saves his job for one more week in Dallas as Zeke looked like his vintage unstoppable self. Can that continue? The Cowboys remain the biggest boom or bust team I’ve seen in a long time.

As for the Rams, the jinx lives on for teams who lose the Superbowl. With the exception of New England, most teams who lost the Superbowl, tend to struggle the next year.

It is more so an NFC thing, but a very real thing. The Superbowl hangover for the Rams really never went away.

Atl 29 SF 22

I didn’t see that coming, did you? How good is SF? For the first time all year, people are really starting to wonder. And when I say people, I mean myself of course.
