Starting today and continuing until Monday, February 7th, the 129th Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo begins. The first event started at 8 a.m. this morning, and the last at 10 p.m. this evening.
The event is held at Dickies Arena and Will Rogers Memorial Center.
The Fort Worth Stock Show has been going on since 1986, and it is one of the biggest events in Fort Worth, attracting 1.2 million people from around the world who travel to Fort Worth for a cultural experience, cowboys, and agriculture.
For seats to any of the shows, the price can vary depending on the seats you get. Some tickets last for two days, others for one.
The events typically held at the stock show include rodeo competitions, livestock shows, carnivals, shopping, cattle sales, and the All-Western Parade. The stock show lineup and all the events can be found right here.
The Stock Show will also be hosting ‘College Days’ dedicated to universities that are located in Texas as one of their events. On College Days, where students from each university can get half-off tickets with their Student ID, as well as free general admission to anybody who wears shirts representing the college. Schools like Texas Tech, TCU, Tarleton State, and Texas A&M. Universities in Texas with AG programs will be able to participate in AG Day.
