Midview and Kent State alumni Dustin Crum has teamed up with associates to open up Admiral Training. At Admiral Training, their mission is to equip athletes with the knowledge, discipline, leadership skills, and problem-solving ability they need to excel both on the field and in life.
This is an incredible way for student athletes set for the next level to learn from a local legend like Dustin. His time with the Golden Flashes and then even a stint with the KC Chiefs of the NFL prepared him to pass along wisdom and guidance to the next class of student athletes.
They are proud to have a team of highly qualified coaches who combine deep expertise with firsthand experience competing at the highest levels. Committed to lifelong learning and professional growth, their staff strives to pass on these values to every athlete they train.
They help athletes grow into leaders on and off the field. Leadership means setting the tone for teammates, staying composed in high-pressure moments, and inspiring others to reach their full potential. They push themselves and others to be the best version of themselves every day.
Strong fundamentals are the foundation of elite performance. Whether it’s technique, conditioning, or discipline, mastering the basics ensures athletes can consistently perform and adapt to any challenge. At Admiral Training, they excel with that approach.
They provide the insights and strategies to outsmart the competition. Knowledge empowers athletes to understand the game, recognize opportunities, and make smarter decisions that elevate their performance.
They offer personalized training as every athlete has unique strengths and areas to improve. Their coaches tailor sessions to maximize growth. Personalized coaching ensures athletes build confidence, refine technique, and unlock their full potential across any sport.
They offer online and local sessions where you can break down your performance with expert analysis and learn to see the game like a pro. Online sessions give athletes the tools to study their craft, recognize patterns, and apply strategies that elevate performance in practice and competition. In person sessions are also hosted locally in Cleveland, OH with dates posted for any athletes trying to get work in.
Former Avon Eagle and now Kent State quarterback Nolan Good had this to say, “The coaches at Admiral taught me how to play QB, how to slow down and manipulate the game, and of course how to make the plays that you need to make as a quarterback!”
Lakewood standout quarterback Avery Holt also had this to share, “The coaches at admiral have elevated my game to a whole new level and shaped me into the QB I am today.”
