Is Cleveland Browns rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders better then fellow rookie QB Dillion Gabriel? Yes, not by a ton, but yes he is better. Is Cleveland Browns rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders good enough to be a longtime starter in this league? No, not even close and doesn’t have the skill set to ever become one either. He is slow making decisions, inaccurate and doesn’t have the poise or ability of a leader, he simply isn’t good, even by Cleveland standards.
Today in a horrendous start against Chicago, he went 18 of 35 for 177 yards with 3 interceptions. He also took 5 sacks because he held onto the ball far too long, a trait he has had since college. Browns fans will give him more chances because he is the son of a legend in Deon and the only option that truly have right now.
A sad day in Cleveland if this is what you choose to run out on the field each week. Also, Myles Garrett is one sack away from breaking the single season sack record in a season no one will ever remember or care about. The biggest waste of a “Superstar” in NFL History.
