Our main goal at Kee On Sports is to promote the high school athlete and keep that exposure free of paywalls. We want as many people as possible to see the content. Sadly, we live in a time of growing economical demands where that vision and goal has become a bigger challenge then ever. We base a lot of our coverage around the cities that have small business who support us, such as North Olmsted, Avon, Westlake, Medina and North Ridgeville just to name a few.
Three of the cities that receive a ton of attention for their athletic programs without a brick and mortar sponsor are Olmsted Falls, Avon Lake and Rocky River. We’d love to change that this year as a lot of views come from those 3 cities and it would greatly benefit the companies in those cities to advertise with us. If you know a small business owner in those cities, or any city, please have them contact me ASAP as there is so much exposure for them that we want to make sure that they capitalize on.
Regardless of the city or the number of sponsors however, we are going to strive to continue to do our best and keep as much focus on the student athletes as possible. Covering High School athletics is a privilege that we are extremely appreciative of. Again however, it cannot continue without the support of sponsors and the communities those schools play in. We need your help to keep it going. We thank you for that privilege and consider it a great honor that few have ever been chosen to do. We’ve never had to charge a single parent or fan to click on an article or watch a game video and that will always remain our number one goal.
With that being the case, the plan as of now is to keep coverage at Kee On Sports Paywall free and make sure we are doing everything we possibly can to shine the athlete and program they play in.
A lot of parents over the years have said, “we’d love to help financially, but we don’t own a business to sponsor you with”. That is 100% fine, you are there to watch your child play not put dollars in our pockets. I would never in a million years expect a dime from any parent, just enjoy your child in these precious moments. They go fast, I know that just by watching my nephew play varsity sports. It goes quick!
