There are three new eateries that will be coming to Great Northern Plaza, and they are as follows.
Build the Pho
A new Vietnamese pho restaurant offering build-your-own-bowl options with fresh ingredients. Guests can enjoy a cozy, bamboo-themed ambiance and authentic flavors in a 3,800-square-foot space with a patio. (Projected to open Spring 2025)
One Pot
One Pot will introduce Korean BBQ with all-you-can-eat options, featuring 20 different meals to choose from. Located in a 5,600-square-foot space with an outdoor patio. (Projected to open Fall 2025)
Texas Roadhouse
Texas Roadhouse will bring their famous hand-cut steaks, fall-off-the-bone ribs, and fresh-baked bread to a 7,900-square-foot space located near JCPenney. (Projected to open Fall 2025)
