NEW YORK, N.Y.— North Carolina mounted a thrilling second-half comeback to defeat No. 18 UCLA, 76-74, in the CBS Sports Classic at Madison Square Garden on Saturday afternoon. Trailing by 16 points with under 13 minutes remaining, the Tar Heels surged to victory, leading for just 50 seconds of the game but making them count.
