Boyle County Rebel Montavin Quisenberry Wins Jenny’s Old Fashioned Popcorn Player of the Week

Congrats to Boyle County H-Back Montavin Quisenberry for leading the Rebels into Lakewood and helping is team defeat 3x defending State Champion St. Ed’s 38-21 in a stunning upset.

Quisenberry did it all!  He ran for 141 yards and 3 Touchdowns on 25 rushes.  He had 6 catches for 64 yards,  and even threw the ball twice, going 2-2 with 89 yards passing and a touchdown.  He wasn’t done, he also took an Interception return for 66 yards.

If there was ever a young man who deserved to become the first ever Non Ohio based football player to win this award it is Quisenberry!

This amazing effort has earned him the distinction of becoming the first non Ohio based football player to win The Jenny’s Old Fashioned Popcorn Player of the Week!
