CLEVELAND, OH – Episode two of the Golden Bachelor brought out the fancy cars, tears, fake cakes, tears, photo shoots, driving in the dark, and more tears. Let’s get right to what stood out the most from Episode Two of The Golden Bachelor.
The solo date with Theresa
This was very nice, and she seems genuine. Gary was very understanding when she talked about her past, and it seems like they could be perfect for each other. The only thing that I thought was dumb was the driving in the dark. Just not as safe as it could have been and not needed either.
The group date when Nancy cries.
Well, it is what it is, not easy when a memory is only meant to happen once. If you ask most women how many times they plan on wearing a wedding dress in their lives, they are going to tell you once. I truly felt for this woman when she broke down wearing the wedding dress, because quite frankly, she was being honest with her emotions and showed vulnerability.
Ellen gets the photo
Ehh, I don’t know about this. Did everyone get a picture of the two of them together, or just Ellen? I feel like I missed something here? If she loses, then this becomes pointless. Not sure why this was needed.
Natasha / Bishop Tutu urges the rose ceremony to be done on chairs.
This was hilarious and 100% true! We will not see Natasha again, but she left a lasting memory as she complained that the final rose ceremony leaves women in their 60’s and 70’s standing far too long. Listen, she is correct! As someone with two slipped discs in their back, and a pinched nerve, I can vouch for this. Standing is not everyone’s best friend.
Faith / Katey Sagal is feeling left out.
Faith got the first impression rose last week and was a clear-cut favorite based on looks alone. But eventually, she will need to form an actual bond with Gary, or her stay may be shorter then we all thought.
Bring on next week!
