by The all-time leading scoring in Avon Eagles girls’ basketball history, Abby Liber, graduate of the class of 2022, is headed back to Ohio. After spending her freshman year at St. Louis, the Avon Eagle will be soaring back to Ohio to play for a different kind of bird, the Youngstown Penguins starting next season where she will have 3 years left of eligibility.
Liber was the 2020-2021 Kee On Sports Player of the Year in the SWC
Liber was also named the 2022 Miss Basketball for Lorain County
