NFL Seeking Full Season Suspension For Deshaun Watson

Several reports have now surfaced and been confirmed that the NFL is seeking a full season suspension for Cleveland Browns Quarterback Deshaun Watson. This is stemming from 24 and now possibly 26 women coming forward saying they were sexually harassed and assaulted by Watson during his time with the Houston Texans.

The NFLPA is planning on fighting these on the grounds of the zero punishment handed out to Dallas Cowboys Owner Jerry Jones, the owner of the Washington Commander Daniel Snyder, and Patriots owner, Robert Kraft, for similar behavior.

This looks to be a bad omen as punishments from the NFL are rarely overturned or even lessoned on appeal. Stay tuned for more on this story.

  1. Ownership of high profile owners once again prevails? The NFL top brass are as boneless as the NCAA.

  2. First the Tribes Ownership caves in and changes the name, the NCAA shows they are out of touch with their decision on players getting paid without looking at the repercussions, and the 3 NFL owners are given “0” punishment for, in one case, trafficking, Now the NFL wants to make an example out of DW. They should have done that with Kraft and Jimmy Johnson! What is happening to sports.!
