Bee’s Sting Strongsville High School 4-2 On the Diamond

The varsity baseball team defeated Strongsville 4-2 on Tuesday afternoon. Joey Valentine (4-0) and Jack Geiser combined for a two-hitter and 9 strikeouts on the mound.

Valentine worked 5 innings for the win and Geiser worked two no-hit innings for his 1st save of the season. Geiser also had an RBI double, while Hansen Huth hit a 2-run home run in the 1st inning. Owen Cavey added an RBI double in the 4th.

Medina improves to 11-4 overall on the season and 5-1 in the GCC.
