NXT Stand & Deliver Night Two Grades

Night Two of NXT Stand & Deliver was tonight on the Peacock Network and the grades are ready to be handed out.  Let’s get right to it.

Ember Moon & Shotzi Blackheart retain their NXT Women’s Tag Championships versus The Way

Grade –  C

Reason –A decent enough match but the mind numbing support the creative team has shown Shotzi Blackheart this last year is puzzling.  Candice LeRae is long overdue for a championship run of some sort, and they continue to short change her.  Not sure about this puzzling booking yet again.

Ladder Match for the NXT Cruiserweight Championship

Grade – B

Reason – A bit of a shocker here with Santos Escobar winning the gold. All signs pointed to Devlin as the run of Escobar has been less than stellar but WrestleMania week can bring the shockers with it.  The match itself was very good.  A ladder match will seldom disappoint.
