He does have well documented money problems, but like the 4 names above him, he has always been loyal.  More importantly, HHH and McMahon have always been loyal to him.  He was on the front line in the early stages of the Monday Night Wars and just the thought of him leaving WWE for any role in AEW is unfathomable.
