The decision not to have either Adam Cole or MJF turn on each other.
If there was one sure thing it was that Adam Cole would complete his heel turn and attack MJF either before or after their main event match at AEW All In. It was set up perfectly for a double turn, but, AEW resisted picking the low hanging fruit just yet, and will now get weeks more of this great storyline between the two.
It helps the drama build towards the eventual split even further. They saw the WWE do this with a long-term storytelling with the Bloodline, and how well that worked. Khan appears to have patience on his side this time around, and if he can avoid the itchy trigger finger, there is a lot more juice that can be squeezed out of this, including a possible “Undisputed Era” reunion.
