Week Seven
The Holy War
St. Ed’s 28 St. Ignatius 6
When Brandon White went down for the season, the St. Ed’s Eagles needed that next big back to step up, and after this game it was clear that young man’s name is Bradley Eaton. The flourishing Eagle Eaton went off for 157 rushing yards, 42 receiving yards and 3 total touchdowns in the Eagles 28-6 win over the Wildcats. The lone source of offense tonight for the Wildcats was Minnesota recruit Grant Washington who had 97 yards on 19 carries.
After this one, St. Ignatius ran their losing streak to the Eagles all the way back to 2018 in the postseason that year. St. Ignatius needs to figure something out and fast.
