  23. Cleveland Browns – Rasheen Ali, RB, Marshall

With the final selection of the 2024 NFL Draft for the Cleveland Browns, the team decides to select a running back. Rasheen Ali is from Cleveland, playing his high school football at Shaker Heights prior to going to Marshall and toting the rock for the Thundering Herd. Ali had a monster year in 2021, boasting 1,401 rushing yards and 23 touchdowns on 250 carries. In 2022, his season ended just two games in due to an injury. Ali bounced back in 2023 with 1,135 rushing yards and 15 touchdowns on 212 carries. Unfortunately for him, he sustained a ruptured biceps tendon at a Senior Bowl practice, causing him to miss the game and the combine.

Ali’s injury history hurts his draft stock, but the Browns may be able to capitalize prior to the conclusion of the draft. Between 2021-23, Ali has been above 5.4 yards per carry. When he is healthy and on the field, he is highly productive. The Browns should give the local product a shot.

  4. Houston Texans – Kendall Milton, RB, Georgia

  9. Tennessee Titans – Jared Wiley, TE, TCU
  10. Los Angeles Chargers – Austin Reed, QB, Western Kentucky
  11. Los Angeles Rams – Khristian Boyd, DT, Northern Iowa
  12. Green Bay Packers – Tahj Washington, WR, USC
  13. New York Jets – Tanner McLachlan, TE, Arizona
  14. New York Jets – Javontae Jean-Baptiste, Edge, Notre Dame
