by The St. Edward Eagles will be going after their third straight state championship this coming season.
Their schedule is once again the toughest in the state as they travel to Paul Brown Stadium to take on Center Grove out of Indiana to open the season. Center Grove is just one of five out of state opponents to play against the Eagles this season as the schedule also includes matchups with Clarkson North out of Toronto, River Rouge from Michigan, Rock Creek Christian from Maryland and Our Lady of Good Counsel from Maryland.
The brutal schedule also includes road matchups at state powerhouses Massillon, Hoban and Elder. Week 9, they host state powerhouse Moeller and Week 7 they host rival St. Ignatius. Once again, there are no “off weeks” for the Eagles.
