Olmsted Falls Bulldogs
2021 record 10-3
Playoff Appearance – wins over Valley Forge & Barberton, loss to Avon
2021 Summary – The 2021 Olmsted Bulldogs were loaded with senior leadership as quarterback Charlie Ciolek led them to one of their best seasons in many years. The Bulldogs were tough all year and showed plenty of bite in a long run throughout the playoffs before losing to nemesis Avon. In fact, only two teams beat them all year and both were playoff teams (Brunswick and Avon twice ).
The 3 headed rushing monster was led by Rocco Conti who was absolutely electric. Conti couldn’t be stopped, and along with Jakorian Caffey of Avon, made the SWC one of the best rushing conferences in the state. The Bulldogs were a special team last year. Their regular season loss to Avon was a game they were winning until an interception changed everything late. The game against Brunswick they were up in the second half in about 95 degree heat, and simply couldn’t hang on against an inspired Brunswick team.
2022 look ahead – The 2022 version of the Bulldogs will feature returning starters on offense.

Also, starting at quarterback will be Jimmy Rosol, a 10th grader with some very big shoes to fill from Charlie Ciolek and also Teddy G before him. All signs point to Jimmy having the potential to not only fill those shoes, but possibly break records by the time he is done.
Coach Tom DeLuca had this to say about his teams goal for the season, “”Our goal is to take this season one day at a time. This will be the toughest schedule that we have had in the past ten years. Our focus is getting better each day!”
Dude if you are hoping for DVDs to return you are out of date. DVDs are a thing of the past. Look at your walmart how the DVD section is nowhere the size it was in the mid 2000s
They can just replace DVDs with Blu-Ray and 4k HD
The only part I disagree with you on is Avon Lake
As long as Kostelnik is coach Shormen will be a average team at best.
Avon Lake last 3 years went 8-2,8-2, and 7-4 (despite losing Q, RB and WR at times)….that’s not “average”
