2022-2023 High School Sports Awards

Girls Lacrosse Player of the Year

Riley LaVogue of Bay Village

Perhaps the greatest gifted and most natural athlete in the sport of Lacrosse in both boys and girls competition.  She is a natural and the spark behind their run to the final four this year.

Girls Lacrosse Team of the Year

Rocky River

The Dark Side defense, the high scoring offense and THE TEAM that sparked Lacrosse coverage at Kee on Sports.  Most of all, they have a coaching staff that truly cares for not only the student athletes, but the sport itself and wanted to see it grow.  My hat is off to the Lady Pirates!

Check out some of these stats

G = Goals, A = Assists, TP = Total Points, GB = Ground Balls, DC = Draw Controls)

Alexis Tisler – 42G / 19A / 61TP / 39GB / 14CT

Kaitlyn Byrne – 49G* / 14A / 63TP* / 34GB / 14CT / 71DC*

*Team Leader

Olivia Konopka – 34G / 24A* / 58TP / 17GB / 14 CT
