2020 SWC Girls Basketball Preview

Midview

I mentioned earlier that Emma Knick is an early season contender for SWC player of the year.  Welp, so is Izzy Patarini.  She is incredibly talented and extremely competitive. Her along with Autumn Vance, Mya Difranco and Emma Barnes willed the Middie’s over the Titans in the playoffs despite being shorthanded. That entire group is now coming back, bigger and better than ever!

Mix in the fact that the uber talented Jordan Reddinger got hurt for the stretch run last season, and she will be back soon. Also, you cannot forget about Grace Seymour who just hits one clutch shot after another.  This team is dangerous and inspired, watch out for them!

The sky is the limit for this team as some will overlook them, but we won’t.  Coach Jessy Bendik has the basketball pedigree in her blood and will have this team ready to win each and every time they take the court.  Bendik is the real deal on the bench, and the SWC may just see the furthering of it’s next legacy this season.
