AEW prides themselves on great tag Team Wrestling, as they currently devote 75% of their shows to Tag Team Wrestling. Who knows more about great Tag Team wrestling than Booker T who was part of one of the best of all time with Harlem Heat?
Booker T also fits the throwback WCW bill, not to mention this would give him plenty of chances to promote his radio show and wrestling school. Booker T also holds ill will towards HHH to this day for having to job to him at WrestleMania 19, and also Summerslam 2007.
