Final Grades For WWE WrestleMania 35

WWE WrestleMania 35 was live tonight from Met Life stadium in New York New Jersey. It was a decent but far from top 10 status. Let’s go ahead and give out our grades for the night.

Tony Neese defeats Buddy Murphy for the 205 Live Championship

Grade C

Summary – The crowd didn’t seem to care and neither one of these guys looks like a true cruiserweight. The match itself was good enough, but again, just not the feel or crowd involvement you need in a cruiserweight match.

Women’s Battle Royal

Grade C

Summary – They must really be writing something big for Lacey Evans not to include her in this match. Not to mention Alexa Bliss on the sidelines is wasted talent. Not a great match at all. Carmella winning is kind of fun, but silly at the same time.

Zack Ryder and Curt Hawkins win the RAW Tag Championships from Dash Wilder and Scott Dawson

Grade B

Summary – Good match, booked perfectly. I would expect The Revival to win the belts back soon. A feel-good moment for sure with Hawkins getting the pin, despite his horrendous outfit.

Braun Strowman wins the Andre The Giant Battle Royal

Grade F

Summary – They need to get rid of this match. Each year becomes a bigger joke then the previous edition. Strowman wins another “big match” that will lead to nothing. Much like the Greatest Royal Rumble and the MITB. It doesn’t matter for Strowman, always a bridesmaid, never a champion. Why not put Kevin Owens in this match at the very least? Just pointless.
